During this time of year I like to target the deeper fish as they tend to be more reliable and less affected by fronts. I will look for bait fish off main lake points in 20-30 feet. My most productive lures are a drop shot with a Yamamoto Slim Senko or a ¾ oz. spoon fished vertically.
