Clay, First of all I would like to praise you for being the person that are. It takes a lot of courage to be able to do the things that you do for yourself and to others. When I first heard about you, a couple of years ago on ESPN, I was amazed, amazed that somebody like has so much will and and determination to make the most out of your life that you can. Your story really touched me. I am a avid fisherman, I fish constantly. I am 27 years old and when I was 25, I had a awful accident that put me in coma for 27 days. Yeah the doctors said I would never walk again, and even talk agin. But here I am today, writing you because I had prayers and most important I believe in myself. I want so much to be a professional fisherman. It is one of my biggest goals. I basically live on Lake Guntersville. I know I don't know you, but I would definetly love to meet you. Your abilities have touched me so much. Maybe one day I will be able to meet you and maybe even fish with you. Your a great man and may god bless you. I hope to hear back from you soon. My question is: When you are fishing milfoil in deep water, Would you rather Carolina rig or Texas Rig a big worm?

Thank you very much for the kind and encouraging message. I am so glad you fought back and never gave up proved those doctors wrong! It's truly amazing that you were under those circumstances and you have perservered so well! Keep fighting and lets get together and go fishing! To answer your question, there's quite a few determing factors that I let influence my decision. But anytime your in more scattered or isolated grass I would probably Carlolina Rig it more especially in water deeper than 5 feet, for thicker matted grass, I usually texas rig it with just enough weight to feel it... I hope this helps you and thank you so much for the message!
